This was the right book and the right time, and the audio was so good!!
I absolutely loved this couple. It was so fun to watch these two have their fling and slowly fall in love on their holiday vacation! And it was steamy!!!

I loved this book so much. Christmas at the beach? Hell yes. Frankie was immediately swoon-worthy and the banter between him and Ophelia from jump was top-tier! A++ banter between two of them, you couldn’t feel their chemistry immediately.
A lot of romcoms with spice tend to lack character development or actual emotion, but this book was the perfect blend of heart and steam. You really got to know and understand both Ophelia and Frankie, and despite spicy scenes sprinkled throughout the whole book, their romance was still a slow burn, which really helped you fall in love with their relationship and root for them.
It also felt pretty Christmas-y, which is definitely something I always want in a holiday romance book. I was worried there wouldn’t be many holiday mentions since Ophelia was spending Christmas in Florida, but that wasn’t the case! There were a lot of holiday activities and references, and I also liked that it carried through into NYE too.
I’d highly recommend this book for a fun holiday read!

Fave holiday book of 2023! Loved the banter, loved the spice, loved everything!
I feel like I say this all the time with contemporary, but I liked this more than I thought! The mouth on this man....🥵😍. I love a vocal man in bed, I mean...books! My biggest gripe is that the author either 1. knows NOTHING about Colorado, 2. Intentionally added "fake" things in with "real things", or 3. Guessed. It is insta love with a bit of Christmas thrown in, great friends, with a HEA.
