A great book on the power of small habits in the long run. The ideas are easy-to-understand and implement. It’s interesting how the author emphasises that our systems are what help us move further when we want to continue implementing a small habit. That is, we should not focus on our motivation, but rather our system to implement our habits without failure.

overall this book gives a lot of tips and tricks on how to to develop habits but at the end, I don't know how I'm going to implement them on my own habits. I guess I'm just gonna have to figure that on my own haha 😄
(the last hundred pages were super repetitive tho 😬)

This book put a lot of what I’ve heard over the years about habit building/breaking into an extremely digestible and concise book. I appreciated all of the realistic goals and stories that were mentioned and I look forward to implementing some strategies into my life after reading this.

*audiobook could have done with fewer links/plugs!
informative medium-paced

Part plug for his website. Part re-hashed advice that’s been around forever and can be contradictory. Part vaguely conservative dog whistles and fat shaming.
