One of the best self help books I have read. It’s not the content necessarily it’s the approachability of it. I feel like he is talking me to a human not something that needs to be fixed. I think I will take away several things from this book but mostly the 2 min theory and what the Olympian said about boredom. I think everyone should read this physically more than audio but I can see myself reading again.

Not anything new but probably useful to get it in a very simple format. I liked the point about the small differences really adding up over time - particularly like washing hands better to reduce the chance of being ill (even if it saves you a few days a year!). The small habits are useful

Great read! Already planning to read again.

I’ll end with this “sow a thought, and you reap an act; sow an act, and you reap a habit; sow a habit, and you reap a character; sow a character, and you reap a destiny”~ Samuel Smiles
