I’ve read a few books on habits. This is the best one.

There is actually legitimate instructions on how to build good habits and break bad ones. And there’s many ways to achieve it, so there’s many methods to try. I enjoyed the case studies thrown in as well.

I listened to the audiobook of this, but I will be subscribing to James Clear newsletter and buying the hard copy (:

I'm excited to put these recommendations and concepts to practice, and I have already seen changes in my behavior from just the first few chapters of advice.

Reread number idk. Let's see if anything sticks this time!

A practical guide that didn't feel too obtuse or detached from real experiences. Also has a lot of resources available for practical implementation.
