Cute and fun billionaire romance. Nothing too unique, but still leaves you happy

2/5 and only because I really liked the idea of the book and I’m a sucker for grumpy male trope. Other than that I felt like the characters could use some work, they felt inauthentic and rushed. I’m not one to typically pay too much attention to writing style but it was very hard not to notice that the book could use some work. I had to force myself to even finish the book.it felt like it was just dragging on. There was soooooo much potential and it was all just wasted.

Am I curious about the other books….. yes. Will I read them ? Well idk if it’s even worth it. Ugh the potential!

A grumpy/sunshine workplace romance set in a Disneyland-inspired theme park, this story is equal parts swoony and heartfelt. Rowan’s broody edges meet Zahra’s warmth and creativity, making their chemistry spark from the start. It balances witty banter with deeper themes of ambition, family pressure, and self-worth. A fun, fast read that delivers both fluff and emotional punch.

This one gets the most shit out of the three books in the series, but I loved it. I do wish that I could give it 4.5 stars though. The character development was amazing and I’m such a sucker for grumpy x sunshine pairings.

3.5 stars! This was saccharine levels of cute, especially towards the end of the book. There were a lot of elements I loved, like the whole Disney vibes and Zahra’s sister having Down syndrome (as someone who’s sister has a similar syndrome). I loved the grumpy x sunshine dynamic as well. The sex scenes weren’t boring either and never felt repetitive. Very little angst, which is a complaint for me, but I’m sure others would appreciate. This was pretty solid, albeit cliche, romcom. Also, the audiobook DELIVERS if you decide to go the audiobook route!

idk this was kinda cringey sometimes. grumpy sunshine trope, but i got kinda annoyed with how much of a ray of sunshine Zahra was. maybe i’m just the grumpy one…

lite för mycket snusk….. tbh annars… och lite för mycket att han skulle ändra sig hela tidenzzz
