I jut marathoned the entire series so I'll try to keep my review of this book separate from the others. Overall I liked it, in my opinion it was the best of the three. I liked how Tris finds strength within herself and excitement in the discovery of a new way to live. I didn't feel too attached to any of the characters other than her and Tobias though. Also, while the battle aspect of the first book was exciting, the motivation for the takeover crumbles throughout the other books.

I am glad that I finally gave this book a chance. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I enjoyed it immensely. I didn't really like Beatrice/Tris but I did enjoy Four/Tobias. I gave it four stars because of this fact. Although this book is good, I don't think it may have deserved most of the hype that it has received. I like how the story flowed and the world was nice. There could have been more details about some of the other factions except for Dauntless and Abnegation. I might end up picking up Insurgent tomorrow.
