Interesting perspectives on removing negative energy but having compassion for those that annoy you. Definitely something to consider.
Some things are already known but I like it b/c it's like positive affirmations.
Easy and fast read.

3.5ish~
- it was a nice pick me up
- if you aren't familiar with the concepts in this book, it might be a little too difficult to understand/ believe
- very easy read, just stuff i kind of already know

Kind of a a typical motivational/self-help book but this one was MUCH better than her original and first book. I still enjoyed it though I don’t think there were any original ideas here.

Short, sweet, uplifting, but nothing particularly enlightening or anything that I haven't heard before, but it's nice to have a refresher of all the things I know I should be doing but am not.

This book was pretty repetitive, but it had a lot of personal writing prompt areas that I really enjoyed. Also, this book is one of those that you can definitely come back to and read. I read it in one sitting, but it’s not really meant for that. Excellent book for the knowledge. I would say it can have a better structure and less repetition.

I wanted to love this book but sadly I didn’t. I was really drawn in by the title and the fact that I have vowed to take 2019 by the horns. While this book offers good advice I find some of it a bit hard to follow. There are going to be times when you feel defeated personally I feel sometimes it’s better to live with these feelings for the rest of the day go to bed and start fresh the next day. The author seems to think you can flip the switch on your life which may be possible but in the past I’ve always found gradual change is the way to go.
