I think I made a mistake by listening to this as an audiobook, it was hard for me to follow. I found the story a bit too stretched out, went quite slowly. Definitely an intriguing story and I’ll try and listen/read it again soon - maybe second times the charm!

that was absolutely insane.

the beginning was very slow, but the story eventually transformed into absolute and unbridled chaos. no character was left unscathed.

i appreciated the depth and history of each character, as well as the relevance of all the details mentioned. it all came together beautifully to create the story.

the story, however, was incredibly tragic and shocking. the way that things were left unresolved at the end was also deeply saddening, although i can see how that was the intention.

and my final note: those characters in the final part had some serious audacity. i’ve never been so displeased to see a horse in my life!
