Felt like Whole brain child plus some gentle parenting books cocktail, very simplified. I liked that she offered a lot of hands-on tips, examples and a reassuring tone. However some of here ideas were not for me, some i found downright crazy (e.g. children don't like to listen, so maybe you can dance around in circles while you talk to them)

Nothing groundbreaking but a good reminder of how to reframe the chaos of dealing with young kids and some good tools for the toolbelt.
Not bad, but long winded for what it is. Also nothing groundbreaking if you are not new to gentle parenting.
Listened to this... not the best listening as reading would stick more details. Overall, good reminders though and ma6be a chapter or 2 I will go back and relisten to before returning to the library.
