This was an interesting reprisal of the first book, and some of the same tripes were used. However I still enjoyed it. The audiobook narrator did an excellent job. Still quite eerie.

Sophie and Joseph are back on another creepy journey through another creepy house - just when they thought they had a break! I really enjoyed this, though I did like the first book a bit more. It was atmospheric again and I loved the backstory of this haunting - it reminded me of The Woman in Black. 4 stars!
