i went into this expecting not to like it, just because i had flipped to a random page in a bookstore and it seemed corny out of context, but i surprisingly really enjoyed this read and have already borrowed the 2nd one from the library

This is a story about two people who are kind of fucked up and find exactly what they need in the other person, and the specific thing that they in fact needed, was the support and care to work through their own issues independently, but with a cheerleader.  

It’s funny and heartwarming especially if you sometimes literally hate yourself.
