I’ve never laughed and cried so hard at once while my jaw was lost on the ground somewhere.

wild like us. A wild ride it was for sure. I want to start off by saying I have never read any romance book with a polyamarous relationship. I did read love triangles and choosing between two guys but I almost always did not finish those, I hate them. I love this book. The focus is so much on how together they are strong, together they can take on the world, together they feel comfortable. And that is so beautiful. I saw Sulli loving Banks and Akara throughout the previous books and even before starting this I was routing to them. Because I am a fan of love and will always celebrate it. Yet having no experience of poly relationships in whatever form I am open to learning about them. And as long as there is love I am okay with it all. Please be that too when this book starts, if you do not support poly relationships, just skip this gold medal of a book, it is not for you and that is okay. But I will not accept you hating on this because you just don't like the dynamic, it is too precious for that.

Now on to the book itself.
Let me say something about each of the main characters because I love them fiercely.
Sullivan is a fucking badass, she overshares on a daily basis, can't keep a lie for her life and cares so much she has the baddest case of FOMO I have ever seen. But she is cool, she is confident, she goes at life in full speed and just enjoys herself. She is a true inspiration. Seriously she is so cool, if I did not root for her and Banks and Akara that much I would crush on her.

Akara, the boss, the one I thought I knew, I in fact did not. So much about him, about his life is coming to the light in this book. How his brain works, why he is what he is and how he cares. We get so much of a behind the scenes of the genius that put his ass on the line for his men time and time again. Now I understand more than ever. Now I understand his deep love towards Sulli and why he never felt like he could express that, how he learns he can do that now.

Sweet, tough Banks. I have a serious sweet spot for him and yet I would never tell Sulli to choose him over Akara. What Banks and Akara have is so special, they are true best friends even though Banks does not really believe that. My sweet Banks, wounded by his life yet still the most loyal man I have ever known. He will follow his friends into the hottest hell. And that makes him seriously good boyfriend material.

All these characters are so perfect, the story line is perfect. I have no idea how Kirsta and Becca did it but everything within this story fits, every thing happening before in the series leads to this wonderfull bliss. Everything falls at place, that is not easy, but it is necessary to be a five star book. And besides this amazing plot and writing style the emotion, the passion, the feels, this book gave me. It blows my mind. I might even consider placing this book above those from Farrow and Maximoff. My heart reached new places with how much I loved it. This book holds a special place in my heart for eternity, I'm taking to to the grave with me.

Despite the negativity in the reviews, I genuinely enjoyed this book. I have adored Sulli from her first appearance, how alike she is to both her parents, but also how different. Seeing her struggle to balance her feelings for two men, on top of trying to follow her father's footsteps and recreate his old climbs was touching to me. I honestly do feel like there's been buildup to the Akara x Sulli x Banks love triangle and it was fun to see it played out fully in this book. As always one of my favorite parts of these books is seeing all the Hale, Meadows, and Cobalt cousins interact with one another, so that was a big part of my enjoyment. I do think pacing was a bit off again, but all in all I had a fun time reading it!

“I can’t forget them. I’ve tried all night. And a huge part of me never wants to forget. Forgetting them means forgetting how they make me feel. And I always, always want to remember.”

Before starting this I had heard A LOT of bad things about this book/the couple/the characters/their books overall so I didn’t go in with very high expectations but I ended up liking it more than I thought I would! I didn’t love it though but it was okay. I was really excited to start her story bc I raisy are my faves are I feel like sulli has the best qualities of them but after reading it I dont love her as much as I did in the previous books which is kinda sad

The characters aren’t my faves in the series but I definitely dont hate them as much as I know a lot of other people do! I like Sulli and I love her relationship with her parents (raisy, my faves<3)

I really didn’t like how they treated the whole wedding plot point, maxim off and farrow got a whole book for their wedding but then treat Thatcher and Jane’s wedding like this? No. And banks wasn’t there and Sulli wasn’t there?

Their relationship was okay. I felt like they teased Sullis and Akaras relationship a lot in the previous books but than in here they just threw banks in there to spice it up or something idk

Anyway I still love this universe and the side characters but the main characters in this book aren’t my fav but I do like them.

Every reference to ryke & daisy made this book 5/5 and the Winona crumbs, plus the bonus scene in the end from Banks pov too but other than that this book was just a solid 3/5
