I really enjoyed Hudson and Stella's story. They had many ups and downs as well a push an pull in the beginning of their story. Their story is unique and really addicting. I didn't want to put the book down because I needed to know desperately what happens next with them.

I really liked this book over a lot of Keeland's other work. I think this is because the last act/comflict was just not as dramatic but also gut wrenching.
I think for me what would have solidified this book into a higher 4 stars or more would be interactions from the past with our h and the confrontation of ending her relationship with her ex and her family. I think that would have made me have a clearer idea of how our heroine came to be today, especially since that scene could have taken very little room but had a major impact.
With our Hero Hudson- I think after finding out all those who betrayed him, they all got of scott-free. And for the crimes they committed against him, I just disliked that resolution. I got his fear for what he would loose but the fact that those close to him have caused him such an insane amount of emotional pain I felt there was no payoff.

I read this book in 12 hours because I couldn’t stop. Seriously this was one of my favorite books because the author was able to captivate my attention and curiosity. I just wish I could forget I’ve read it and do it again… I’m obviously going to read more of Vi Keeland <33
#Lainvitación de Vi Keeland.Historia de amor que se cuece a fuego lento con unos protagonistas adorables. Dulces, comprensivos, divertidos,..Me ha sorprendido gratamente, la portada invita a pensar en un protagonista masculino de cliché pero Hudson no es así. Os la recomiendo
okay i love the sweetness of the diaries. hudson and stella and so precious. i swear the more and more i read of Vi’s books, the story plots are so unique to each one. even though the endings are always the same I CANT GET ENOUGH. and of course i have to shout out that my favorite narrators killed it again. and can we talk about how precious charlie’s is?! i adore her. this story was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. it always shows that DNA does not define who family is.
Ok... it’s “ok” outlandish... but redeems itself!
