So great but I need more. On to the third!
I do feel like one thing was left unresolved unless I missed it.

I love that these two rankle one another from the start.

I really enjoyed this story, just not as much as I did the first book in the series. It is a funny and entertaining listen. Samantha Brentmoor and Lee Samuels were brilliant. I really regret not listening to them sooner.

Such a fun book. Julie was so delightful, and the way she just understands Holt made me melt. I loved how she just made everything better for him, and I hated how he freaked out about it. I love these books. I find them so much fun. Holt's issues and his unwillingness to deal with it was the only bad part of this book.

“You’re so fucking beautiful.” She takes a step back, mouth open. Staring into my eyes, her top teeth bite into her lower lip before whispering, “You said fuck.” And before I can apologize, Jules jumps me.

🌟Julie Star, bad@$$ astronaut and hero of NASA. No filter and a temper, with a secret to hide. She retreats to West Ranch to help plan the wedding of her best friend with the best man, Holt. A goody two-shoes cowboy who blushes when teased.

🌾Holt West, oldest of the West siblings and the level headed one. Respectful, clean mouthed, and doesn’t like to displease anyone. His world gets thrown upside down when Jules tears down his driveway declaring she’s staying there to help plan the wedding.

💋But he doesn’t know she’s hiding. Tension builds and the attraction they have leads to heated nights on the ranch. She brings out the wild side in him and helps him find some happiness. He settles the storm that’s within her and discovers she has a thing for his cute printed boxers.

🤫But secrets build, trust breaks, and someone gets hurt. Can they fix what’s broken to ride off into the sunset together? Or will this mission of happiness be a bust?

‼️THOUGHTS‼️
This one was definitely a bit more spicy than book one but I loved the sassy and bada** attitude of Jules. When we met Holt in book 1 I was hoping he’d end up with Jules and I’m so happy he did. They are a true Yin & Yang pairing with big contrasting personalities! But Holt is the absolute sweetest ♥️

The stalker reveal took me by surprise and I’m happy with how it all ended! I cannot wait to read Ian & Trish’s book next! It’s gonna be so good 😏
