I laughed. I cried. I couldn't put this book down. It was everything, and I mean everything, Zane and Celeste's story lacked. It was beautiful. Both Raya and Lex had issues to work through. Raya's distrust of Lex and his motives and thinking that love was all in the words and not the actions. Lex with his distrust of Raya and his stalking tendencies and comparing her to his ex. He had to realize that Raya wasn't Jill and she wouldn't betray him the way Jill did. There was a lot to their story. I love the ruthlessnes of the wives of the Windor men. They are more ruthless than any of them! I admire Rayas father for what he did for her and how he protected her, even willing to go into bankruptcy to keep his daughter from a loveless marriage. She had good parents. And I'm so glad they welcomed Lex. They helped heal him especially with the connection to his grandfather. I just love how this book turned out. Lex and Raya had their issues but they choose each other in the end. They both changed the toxic issues in their lives and worked together. Best book of the series! But I'm excited to see how Sierra and Xavier work.
