I liked it. Raya and Lex were good characters. I liked the engineer part of the book, as it speaks to me much more that I finance or real estate.
At certain points, the over spending of money on raya became a little cliché. Like you don’t have to buy a whole restaurant chain bc your wife likes it. I did think Raya was over-reacting a bit over the whole security thing, because if I was in the public eye was she was, I would want my husband to know where I was. It still, understandable and wouldn’t want him to read my messages.
I really liked the relationship between Raya and her parents, but also how close Lex got with her family. The dad was super cute, and I was quite happy that he wasn’t a bad father like almost every father in the series. Some variety is nice.
