Nothing can hold a candle to Elian and Kal’s story
Не знам какво има в тази поредица, но е зверски зарибяваща. И Souls and Sorrows не беше изключение от правилото. Въпреки, че на моменти бях адски объркана от случващото се в нея в края на деня бях готова да прочета отново. И отново. И отново.
Ако очакваш подробно описания на случващото се в нея, ще трябва да те разочаровам. Правило ми е, че колкото по-малко детайли се знаят за сюжета на дадена книга, толкова по-пълноценно ще ѝ се насладиш. За това и сега няма да ти дам play by play на всички, което се случва в нея. I love how different each book is in this series but they interlink so well and keep the authors great dark writing style throughout.
We have met these characters previously but this story was unexpected.
The abuse of these characters adds an extra layer of complexity.

I always fly through these books and I'm so sad I'm near the end of the series! Again I loved this book, I adored Cash and how he was quiet and had his dark side hidden. I loved how possessive he became of Ariana, my heart absolutely broke for her, but I loved seeing how strong she had become. She did annoy me a tiny bit at times from how negative she was constantly, waiting for something bad to happen every time something good happened, or constantly thinking negative of Cash, BUT I did see where she was coming from and because of her past why she thought like that. I did really like seeing her get more comfortable and trusting with Cash. I did feel like this one was a little slower than the rest but I still really enjoyed it. I loved all the little crossovers from the other couples!

Cash and Ariana’s story is so beautifully written. They are both broken in their own ways and they both were using their own methods to try to heal themselves. Ariana and Cash were getting vengeance on their demons and winning. Their paths crossing was the best thing to happen to them. Their demons made them dark but them meeting brought a little light into their lives. The sexual tension was wonderfully written and those spicy scenes were hot hot hot. Also, I love all the cameos throughout the book. I’m happy for Ariana and Cash’s journey and the happiness they now have.

This book got me from the start. I just read the prologue and I was so hooked. I already knew from the first lines that I would be into this story. This book has such a wonderful start and it was so gripping. I couldn't put this book down and I ended up reading the entire book in one sitting because I was so engaged in the story. It's been way harder for me to really get into books lately, so this was basically a miracle, so thank you book for that.
The plot in this book was just so much fun to follow. I was really invested in the world and how much world-building went into it. I just loved seeing what would happen next and I was very interested in seeing what it would be. This story just kept me super engaged in the story and I thought it was a lot of fun to read. The world in this book was just built very nicely and it gave the book such a fun element while I was reading and it just made me even more engaged in the story.
I just loved the romance in this one, everything about it worked for me. How much they wanted each other, how much they were into each other, their obsession and their possessive thoughts, their want to be together no matter what happens, the hurt/comfort and the super sweet moments between them, the steamy scenes and how lovely they were, the characters and how nicely developed they were and how well they fit together, and the dark romance elements were super wonderfully done, but mostly, just how good of a couple these two were and how lovely their romance was.
Overall, I just had the best time reading this book. This was everything I wanted it to be and more. This was just such an enjoyable story and everything about it just really worked for me. Every part of this story was just so lovely and it made for a super enjoyable book that had so many scenes and parts that I absolutely adore and just want to go back and re-read.
