Oh. My. GOD! I was enjoying this immensely, as I have all the others in this urban fantasy series, up until the very end. I especially liked all the architectural details and the reappearance of Beverly. Every audiobook Kobna Holdbrook-Smith has to do like three new accents and voices he's never done before and he nails them, of course. But the ending!!! Let's just say I am currently downloading the next Peter Grant as we speak because I cannot wait.

Ben Aaronovitch has hit my favorite author list. I picked up Broken Homes on a whim without knowing it was part of an ongoing series. Although it was obvious to me that I was missing some back story it did very well as a stand alone. The wit, humor and suspension in this book is fantastic. I will definitely be picking up the rest of the series. Ben, you have secured yourself another fan!

I loved this installment, but it took me a while to understand what the Faceless Man was up to. The description of the vestigium collector went past me until Peter communicated it more succinctly to another character.

Loved the addition of Zach, and his insight into Lesley's betrayal. I can't wait to see how this goes on.
