A well researched look at a shadowy corner of post-war history, when German scientists had their records "sanitised" and were shipped over to the US to a) keep their expertise from the Russians, and b) aid in US space research.
They were sent to the US as prisoners, but eventually their families were able to join them, and they faced a whole new set of challenges as their past was held against them by the local Americans.
A little bit soapy in the telling, but a genuine look at the issues that confronted these families - whether they were innocent or not.
