A twisty, fast-paced and darkly hilarious modern murder mystery set in the terrifying and mystifying world of online dating. Firstly, I thought the cover design of this book looked vibrant and fun, which was what first sparked my interest. To me, this book felt like a cross over between a murder mystery and romantic comedy, which is so up my alley.
It began with a simple declaration from the protagonist that drew me in and made me want to know more about them. I liked the bubbly, childlike personality of the protagonist and found some of her interactions very amusing.
This book made me chuckle but at the same time it had a fair amount of twists and surprises along the way, which kept me turning the pages.
The only reason it's a 4 star and not a 5 is because I felt the ending wasn't concluded enough, especially with Gwen's love life. However, if you're looking for an easy, hilarious murder mystery then this is for you. Stuns me that this is a debut novel, really recommend.

If I could give half stars I would give it 3,5 stars. Because it was kind of good but not that great. But it was entertaining if you can say that about a murder mystery book.
