- It is not really essays about anxiety. It is is more of the impetus for the book than the theme
- That being said, her writing is very relatable and human. She is honest and the topics are wide ranging. The length keeps it from ever being boring
- Good for readers who like short stories/snippets and aren’t afraid of the use dark humor to write about hard things

Will I ever find another memoir that I not only pick up and pay for and then read in less than a week of my own accord but also treasure and recommend to everyone who will listen to me? I didn't think so.
