One of two manga I can actually withstand, the other being Black Jack: Two-Fisted Surgeon.

Fun, hyper-cute book about a cat whose lost his mother but found a human family to take him in. Full of 5-page (more or less) short stories that make up a bigger story.

Upon scanning the manga section at a local Barnes & Noble, I found Chi's Sweet Home and gave it a look. The volume I read was amusing and cute so I decided to find the first volume and purchase it. Unfortunately, I didn't find it particularly funny, leading me to believe this series is a hit or miss. Given the cost of just volume one alone, I decided to drop the series rather than continue forward.

Really cute!

Sort of bizarre, but cute.

Sweet and funny.

Does Chi ever get back to her mama though???

I love cats and can't imagine my life without my kitty. Chi's Sweet Home shows what happens when a kitten appears in your life. It accurately portrays how a kitten behaves and how its humans's lives change because of having a cat. I loved it! I think the drawings are wonderful and truly tell the story. I love that the book is told from the point of view of the cat, who is just precious. I think this is a wonderful graphic book for kids and I can see why the series is popular.
lighthearted

My girls are reading this for their book club and they read it so quickly. Cute story about a kitten who gets lost and finds a home.

This book was so adorable! I can't wait to read the rest of them.
