The only thing devastating about this book is how short it is. I felt I was just settling into the beauty of it when I was already near the end. Collins writes with raw talent and feeling that they remind you the power that poetry has over people. I adored this slim volume and I hope there will be more to come.

I bought this, initially, because of misha. whilst growing up, I watched him play the character of as castiel in supernatural, and now that the show has finally ended after fifteen seasons, I wanted to pay ode and read his poetry. prior to reading, I was unaware that misha had wrote poetry previously however, if he was to publish further collections in the future, I would like to think I would read and enjoy them as much as I did this.

misha collins' [b:Some Things I Still Can't Tell You: Poems|58315381|Some Things I Still Can't Tell You Poems|Misha Collins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1626645052l/58315381._SX50_.jpg|91430841] is beautiful and insightful and optimistic about life.

I'm not really a poetry person, I tend to favour prose. But this I loved. It felt like autobiography by poetry. I chose to listen to this on audiobook and having the author read it himself was genius. It made the very personal subject matter even more raw. I was completely invested in his story and wanted to know more and get deeper into it.

I guess if you are a fan of Misha Collins you're going to read/listen to this anyway, but even if you're not, give it a try.
