Absolutely loved it. I read it in 6 hours. Breaks down CBT techniques into simple language that could benefit both teens and adults. I will be using this in my practice as a quick reference guide. I would recommend it to teens and to new clinicians as it is very easy to incorporate many of these coping skills into sessions.

It's very helpful to understand what is anxiety, like and also how you can help yourself to live a mostly normal life. Pact in such an easy and nice way. I love it.

Good resource to use w/ teens, exercises are practical, author does a good job of breaking down CBT concepts and techniques such as mindfulness in a way that is helpful and engaging for teen clients.
