I enjoyed this audiobook thanks to finally utilizing my Hoopla account. This book has been on my TBR for a while and I'm glad I finally got to read it.
Tess and Solomon worked great together and I enjoyed watching their relationship grow. Tess's character was relatable in her resilience and in the way she was stubborn enough to want to handle everything on her own. I loved Solomon because he was a gentleman. He helped create the kid, so he's gonna be there to raise them.
I also admired Tess's character development throughout. Gaining her confidence from a brilliant, yet pushover designer to standing up for herself. And yes, Solomon played a part in her development, but she did a lot of growing on her own.
Overall, I enjoyed this book and it made me think I should have gone on a babymoon too.

Good story and lovable characters! Definitely cringy at times, but I think that’s kinda the nature of books like this so I don’t hold it against the book. Not really any diversity. Also I’m not sure what kinda man is continuously sounding like an animal, but that sure is how Solomon is portrayed. Overall, cute book and serves its purpose well as a pregnancy trope book! Also I adore Tess 🫶🏻 (but am also sad we kinda lost a detailed perspective from her in a way later in the book)
