at this point I might be in love with everything massey ever writes. Damian and Rome been the kind of book I don't want to put down ever, i could live in their sillyness fighting-flirting forever and never get tired. this one really was about second chances, about being brave enough to try again even when you're were in the wrong and has a bunch of apologies to make, about all the ways in which trying to be a better version of yourself will be worth it.

The writing was better than Massey's previous two, but it isn't without its issues.

Excellent, trop mignon, très facile à lire, character growth, feelings, please give E.L. Massey money so she can write forever (no pressure)

I fell in love with this story years ago when it was published on the internet. Probably I've read versions of this at least ten times in the last several years.
Still, I keep coming back. There's something so appealing about the language and character building, the story arcs... I keep coming back, using the highlighter function, chewing on certain phrases. On this reading I located one of my favorite descriptions, still intact. Screenshot it with my reaction note, and tagged the Author on Tumblr
