I wanted to love this, but I just couldn't. I literally picked this up and stopped it 4 times... finally got through it this month. I did not want to DNF (even though I usually would) mainly because it is a short story and it's by a well loved author, so I thought *maybe* it was just me and I would love it by the end. Not the case for me - and I know I am in the minority here with this view, but it just fell flat and boring for me. I wasn't intrigued by the characters or the plot, and it dragged. This one is a nope for me.
