I feel like the whole 'fake-relationship' part of the plot was useless. It didn't really add anything and I feel like it was mostly forgotten about.

I loved this so much! The whole “bachelor” thing kinda got a little annoying & tbh it also got lost in the middle of the story I personally don’t think it was needed. I forgot about it until like it was randomly brought up but aside from that I loved it!
This book was so cute. I loved everything about it especially Nick and Mina. Nick was hot, sexy, and sweet while Mina had a heart of gold but couldn’t ever resist giving Nick a hard time. They went from enemies to friends to lovers and their banter had me laughing so hard. Mona’s personal life had me feeling so sorry for her because I couldn’t imagine being put down by your own family but she persevered and accomplished so much and it took Nick to show her that.
I’m a huge fan of Maria Luis and Hold Me Today is in my top five favorite romances! I love an enemies to lovers romance with characters who are complete opposites. I really connected with Mina. Nick is one of my all time favorite book boyfriends, he’s swoony and caring what’s not to love about him! I loved seeing their relationship grow throughout the book.
Patrick Zeller and Scarlette Hayes are new narrators to me and I couldn’t imagine anyone else to voice Nick and Mina. They did an amazing job capturing both of their personalities. This is a top reread/repeat listen for me.

Solid book, good MCs, but perhaps would be better as a novella? Just a bit too long and pacing was a bit off. Sometimes I struggled with Nicks characterisation… he’s a romantic, but he’s a stickler for the rules and rigid? Sometimes he felt like a contradiction. Still liked him though.
I did struggle with the internal monologues sometimes they were long, so many unnecessary details.
