I loved this book! The story was so consuming. The way it was written made me feel like their were multiple plots going on at the same time. And all of them were racing the clock. Will Jack's theory work? Is Gemma going to remember/belive him? Will they be able to pull it off? Will Gemma ever let Jack in? It was just so good. I wish I could read it for the first time again.

This was a cute + super quick read! Listened on audio and it was a great palette cleanser.
Kind of a spoiler? But I actually lovedhow everything took place in 1 day! While I do wish we got to actually read/hear about specific moments from the MMC's POV (e.g. more on his backstory, how he fell in love with the MFC overtime, and ultimately navigated this whole ordeal), it allowed us to really see how intertwined but also integral the MFC's journey was to his, too (longest sentence of my life but YOLO). And tbh there was just enough of an explanation of the MMC's journey + POV on everything! But quick flashback chapters would've been cool, and might've rounded the story out more for me!! OR seeing him make connections to his life before #groundhogging to the present would've been interesting, but c'est la vie 💭
Daddy issues kind of annoyed me, but didn't dwell on it too much -- it got resolved and the vibes were great at the end 🙏
Overall, I thought the execution of the story's plot was really interesting + I appreciate it more as I've reflected on it for a bit.

This was such a delight to read. Not only does Holly James offer a nifty twist on time-bent plots, she does so with a cast of complex characters you can’t help rooting for (in one way or another). Each thread of the well-woven plot speaks to the power of love in all the different ways we experience and express it, and the power of the choices we make.

This was cute and was an interesting twist on the time loop, where the guy was the only one who realized he was in it and he was trying to convince the MC that she was as well. It's always fun to read a book based in LA and I think the author did a great job at actually drawing out the love story between the couple (despite it only being a day for Gemma).
3 stars because Gemma was quite annoying with how much she whined and truly did not seem mature at all. Ugh time loop tropes can be a hit or a miss because they get so repetitive. I think this would be a good one to pick up if you're just getting started in the tropes and haven't read many!

Thank you for NetGalley, the author, and publisher for the an ARC to review voluntarily.
This story is such a cute concept. I loved the synopsis and cover , and couldn’t wait to dive in. In short, Deja Glitch is about a young woman named Gemma who has unknowingly been reliving the same day over and over. She meets Jack who tells her they have to break the time loop, as he is the only one to remember the time loop. Gemma must fall in love with Jack for the loop to end.
For me, the story takes a bit to get going. Gemma is extremely resistant. However, I did like how we as the reader didn’t have to relive the same day. The story itself for the reader takes place one time. I felt like this helped keep redundancy out of the plot and gave the story a unique spin.
Overall, I did find the story entertaining once it got going. The characters also felt well developed to me, especially Jack.
