I love a good time loop story. The Déjà Glitch did not disappoint! It was unique that it was from Gemma’s POV (someone not experiencing the time loop). And you got to see Jack (who was experiencing the time loop) try to explain and convince her that they were in a time loop.
If you love big declarations of love this book is perfect for you! There are so many swoon worthy moments and big grand gestures.
Seeing Gemma open up to Jack (more than she had done in the past loops) was amazing. Seeing her face the things and people she was too scared to do herself was so great and then chasing after what she truly wanted.
I loved seeing Jack from Gemma’s eyes. His determination was amazing- he never gave up. I liked the Gemma was able to help Jack with things going on in his life as it seems like he kinda forgot to live his life after he met her.

This was cute and light. I was prepared to give it 4 stars as it was exactly what I was in the mood to read and it delivered, but then lost .5 stars at the end for thinking that “picking the blueberries out of her muffin” was a notable character trait. Girl, get a different kind of muffin.

Gemma and Jack have been trapped in a time loop for almost five months. When the next day comes, it's the same Thursday they've been reliving so many times, and Gemma didn’t remember Jack, so they have to do it all over again. The last time they ended the night with a kiss; it was the first time they actually kissed, making Gemma finally remember that specific moment when she wakes up again. Since the kiss ignited a solid memory in Gemma, Jack concludes that, to finally get out of that kind of limbo in which they find themselves, Gemma needs to fall in love with him before the day ends.
If I could describe The Déjà Glitch in one phrase, that would be: Groundhog Day meets 50 First Dates. The author created a compelling story with a steady pace and lots of things happening, not letting the reader get bored with the plot.
A book not only about two people falling in love, but forgiveness, family, taking risks, understanding, bold decisions and honesty, The Déjà Glitch is an easy, enjoyable reading which lots of personality.

This book had me so giddy and kicking my feet. Yes it’s cheesy but I love it. So heart warming and you really feel for the MC and MMC. Would recommend this book to everyone and anyone!!
Edit: forgot to mention that this book made me realize how much of a sucker I am for time loops. In addition, I was not expecting to be a fan of insta love but I think the way Holly James tells it makes it worth it.

Gotta love a good time loop story!
This was a fun, quick read with likable characters and a fun storyline. This was my first Holly James book, and I will definitely be checking out her others!
