So dull and boring to read. The fact that the book is divided into more parts looking at the story from different points of view is almost unbearable.
None of the characters are worth caring for, they are flat (even though the whole book is unnecessarily long).
You might be lucky and find some pasages that are remotely funny but other than that, this is just not worth reading so, please, save your time for something that will give you more.

wow dawno nie byłam tak skonfliktowana po jakiejś lekturze, początek i koniec według mnie genialne, ale środek niestety mnie przetyrał i wynudził
Oh hey, a gorgeously written narrative that plays with itself: how indulgent, how banal, how... moving? Well, that's Atonement. There's a lot to criticize here, and obviously much has already been said here; however there is much that is well-done as well, and this is probably getting said as well - though perhaps with more hyperbole. I will say that I feel the novel revolves around the thought of a library and this, this! I find beautiful.
I will, perhaps, expand this review after I've come to terms with the novel on further re-reads. But for now: read it, it's a gooder.
