The first 1/3 of the book was a wonderful Jane Austen-esque romance that I read to relax. Then he was sent off to war and I stopped caring because I'm here to vibe, not for this! Then we have a "Jake look at me this is not you Jake" moment. Then a pretty unsatisfying ending. Otherwise no notes and no thoughts.
