3.9 AVERAGE

Good god, I love this trashy series SO EFFING MUCH!!!

Too sad for words... I was crying for the last few chapters...)':

3.5/ I think this was the best book out of the series. It was very sad and definitely heartbreaking but there was also a lot of strength in this book.

here’s the issue: i really, really wanted to like this book. in fact, i was extremely excited to read Taken by Storm, but i DNFd around 100 pages. unfortunately, this series was super tedious, and i felt like i was reading the same thing over and over again.

i’m sure at some point i will return to this book and give it another shot.

REVIEW: http://theliteraturelion.blogspot.com/2012/07/series-selection-2.html

This was part of the Series Selection post in which I do mini-reviews for books that are a part of a series.

This novel really dug deep for me! There were times when I was reading where I thought that if I really wanted to that I could just cry and let it all out. It was an emotional journey, and the ending was just... woah. I cannot wait for the next novel to see what happens to these awesome characters!

I loved this book, I couldn’t put it down and I think it added another dimension to the series, one I never expected.
I cant wait for the next one :)

oh no... chase died... i'm so sad

At times, I loved this book. At other times, I hated it. I hope that this is not the last we see of Bryn, Lake, Devon and the others. I think that there is more story to tell. If this is the last book in this series, I will be extremely disappointed.

The story is good with great conflict and sorrow. There are happy times, but many more times that made you want to cry. I have seen authors put their character through some pretty tough situations, but Dr. Barnes, puts them through hell and then some (and Bryn is only seventeen). Let's just say that I'm glad she's not writing the story of my life.
