Wow just wow, so very powerful. This is a book that brings up domestic violence but shows growth of those characters through tough times. I love how thoughtful and protective Tristan is and I just love Zoeys development throughout this whole book.

This ended up being really cute. The beginning was a little slow for me and I found the heroine to be a bit annoying, but she grew on me as the story went on and the romance picked up.

I enjoyed Mila Gray's Stay With Me, so I decided to pick this up. The family dynamic was well written with a backstory on each member, but I found that it needed a more in depth look at the mother. There were definitely moments of suspense that were a page turner, but others that lacked. I neither neither loved nor hated this book, which I chalk up to the fact that I found it to be quite predictable.
