A hard tug between 3 and 4 stars; the points and strategies are great and I've already been trying them, I just feel like they're overwhelmed by case study stories/posts/testamonials. A book that could have been in dot points, like a meeting that could have been an email.

I hope I don't give away too much if say that the rule is to always countdown from 5 and go do the hard thing you would otherwise make excuses about and avoid... Oh wait I did just give away the whole book. :(

Agak bodoh sih. Ilmunya sendiri cukup berguna, tapi kurang lebih 300 halaman lebih intinya cuma 5 Second Rule: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, go! Kalo elo males baca mending nonton ceramahnya Mel Robbins di YouTube aja deh, 15 menit langsung paham. Agak nyesel baca buku panjang lebar tapi cuma gitu dowank.

It's good... But worked on me for three days only... Each to its own though.

The information you learn is 5/5 - but the book has something for everyone, which means not all of it will be for you. So I can’t give it 5 stars but the lesson you learn is gold!

I really struggle with self- help books. I don’t know if it’s a cultural UK v USA issue or if it’s just me! In principle it’s a helpful tool but it’s another example of trying to stretch an idea out into a book. I would suggest if you want to learn more head to Mel’s Ted talks or her Instagram page which are just as helpful.
