Cute, enjoyable, about the same as the first in the series.

Will be reading the next one.

Her cousin’s husband’s brother moves into town and opens a competing shop.

MC is loosing her power. Turns out her lover who is the CHB has a ring that’s taking away her powers. He didn’t know. Confronts his dad about it. Has to reckon with his dad being a bad guy.

Also, there is a new witch in town who wants to use her as a sacrifice. Luckily the danger causes her to regain her magic.

Also the bad guys get sucked into a trunk.

I didn’t like this one as much as the first one. I don’t know why. I liked the “Baby Witches” and the town and I did like the couple but the story with her magic disappearing and the random people showing up in town and the family being away, I just didn’t feel it. It could be a me problem and not a book problem.
