Loved this book! Can't wait to see how the story ends! I was never a Seth fan during the Covenant series but I'm pretty sure I am one now! JLA really kills it with this series!

Wasn't as action packed as the last two books in the series but I really didn't mind it. Seth and Josie's relationship more than made up for it. And this book seemed more like a filler to prepare for the big finale. We find out lots of revelations in here that make the stakes even higher for the big battle that will inevitably happen. Sucks we have to wait a whole year for the finale but I'm very excited for it! I have faith everything will work out in the end. Seth deserves a happy ending.

I still think JLarm is getting a bit repetitive throughout her books. The amount of times "words.....more words" happened was uncomfortable. We understand your characters are unsure or hesitant, but they don't need a pause and word repetition with everything they say.

I don't know how there can be so many negative reviews on this book, or this series. I wasn't a Seth fan in the Covenant series, but I'm TOTALLY a fan now. I seriously love this series and the relationship between Josie and Seth. I also love how Seth is mending fences with everyone in his life. He's healing and Josie is the sole reason. Her unwavering love and faith in him. I couldn't stop listening to this book once I started it.

Whoa. That was a great book. It was intense and unputdownable. Nice addition to this series. Can't wait to dive into the final book.

I don't know what to rate this.
The turn with Seth was something that I did not see coming, but it almost seems too much for all this to happen to him.
I wish I could separate this series from The Covenant. I don't think that will be possible seeing as I picked this up hoping to be reunited with Alex and Aiden and Seth but it doesn't feel the same as the last series.
I understand that Seth has an internal battle with himself for what he did, and what he put Alex through but that is pretty much all that he seems to care about.
As much as I love being welcomed back into this world, Alex was a better narrator, and her story felt more complete.

This series is becoming one of my favorites. I’ve been devouring these books, and this one was just as good as the others.

This group really goes through it. I was stressed out for a good amount of the book and sitting at the edge of my seat. There were a few storylines I didn’t like, but it’s a me thing and I see it not bothering other readers. Just a personal preference.

I love these characters. I want to be a part of their group every time I read about them. I have so much to say but it would all be spoilers so I’ll leave it there.
