For a second book in a series the start dragged a lot. I enjoyed the end, but still prefer the first book.

• the wildest part of this reading experience was Ju accidentally guessing the ending in the first chapter
• SAPPHIC LOLA SANGUICK!! (i called it)
• #girlgangbook lives UP
• i love girls
• feMINism yeAh
• levi?? jac?? everything?? IT'S SO WELL WRITTEN
• enne <33333

I have soo many thoughts and I dont even know where to start Bcuz so much have happened in this book!!

• love Jac to pieces he is my fav person in the book, his whole character arc and how strong he became, is great! he'll always have a place in my heart ❤
• Jac and Levi friendship ❤ and yes they went through a rough time but which friendship hasn't?? And I know levi wasn't exactly the ideal bestfriend but he cares about Jac deeply.
• the LGBTQ+ representation makes my heart worm
• Finally we got to know more about the world, the other gangs and the politics but holy shit there is sooo much more to know, THOSE LEGENDS ARE CRAZY!
• the girl gang... Idk I felt kind of let down, I'm sorry I wanted to love Enne but she just annoyed me.
• Lola and Grace are such a Queens!! I love then so much Tock too

All I have to say is that Grace is definitely my new favorite character in this series

Wow this was so long and worth it. I have lines I’ll put from each of the POVs I loved but for now I need to think more on this review.

First 50-75 are catching up. I didn’t miss the curse words lol. I think Lola reminds me of Amanda Foody the most with her accounting skills! It’s genius! I love the characters and the characters development from enne, Levi, and jac. The ending felt so rushed and abrupted. I also knew this would happen at one point or another in the series. Like identities being revealed or characters dying. This book is ride or die. I am absolutely in love and now I am reading the final installment ARC.

It was okay. Everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong. The romance between Levi and Enne was eh. Jac didn’t need romance.
Ivory’s reveal was so bad. Like how do you build up to her being a legend and then introduce her in the worst way possible??? Her character was better when she was only mentioned in passing, because now it’s just eh.

This book was not bad by any means, I just get attached to characters easily

Edit:
Here’s a list of characters that died that I wished didn’t:

Jonas: His character was just starting to get good but he got killed off. And his death was so pointless, they made it clear they could save him but chose not to. He had every reason not to like Levi, and even Enne realized he wasn’t entirely a bad person. I know he was written to be hated but I loved him
