This was a good story but it didn’t pack as much of a punch as I expected. I’m starting to wonder if the issue is that I don’t like the second chance trope.

I love love loved this! My first audiobook listen! Dewanda Wise killed it, she pulled me in from the first chapter and I was hooked. The story of Danny x Kaliyah was so beautiful, heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. A take of first loves and second chances. It’s a great story for film/cinema lovers and it gave a realistic look into Hollywood all the good and the bad.
