Summary:
OK, so basically the beginning of the book Jude was exiled from fairy, but she needs to go back to help Taryn get out of the mess She got in because she killed Locke . She’s gonna get basically interrogated and would be forced to tell the truth so because Jude can lie because of the gesh that was put on her so she goes in the place for Taryn . Then she gets basically kidnapped by Matic and brought to his camp where he and all his soldiers are staying to get ready to sabotage Cardan and when she’s exploring, she finds the ghost trapped in a cave and he’s being tortured but when she goes back to her house oriana finds out that she’s been sneaking out and she actually decides to keep her secret And then that night when she goes back to sleep or something, she wakes up to cardan and the roach, who are planning to bring her out and help her escape and Vivie and Taryn are waiting outside of the camp hidden in the trees, but first needs to find The ghost but she has to get the key so she cardan and the roach go to Grimson‘s forge, but then there’s a trap and to barely manage to escape the road get shot and carton goes to help the roach get out and Jude goes to free the ghost But when she gets into the cave for the ghost is being kept, she doesn’t find him there and instead, she finds Matic and he challenges her to duel and they fight and Jude gets stabbed in the stomach, but manages to get far away, but Maddox is still following her Then when they’re in the woods, Vivie shoots back with an arrow and tell him to go away and so he does, but Jude is badly wounded cause she got stabbed in the stomach, but she somehow heals because she’s the queen of fairy and she can draw from the power of the land.
