I love anthologies...especially of cookbooks. Fran and Molly do a great job of collecting, testing and sharing recipes. So far, my favorites are Convent Chicken, Sweet Potatoes with Ginger and Apple Cider and Gingerbread Cider Cake. I don't have enough time or money to read and test a year's worth of recipes, so I really appreciate that they will do it for me. Their introductions are concise yet informative, and their notes are spot on.
