This is a complete rewrite of a story that was released under the name of M. D. Pentacles, but even if you have read those, I suggest reading the new releases. The story has been expanded and some of the details have been changed, but Renegade is still the fierce amazing character that I fell in love with in the original.

This is an Omegaverse story, with all the delicious darkness that readers expect, but not everyone loves the elements that this encompasses so please do your research before diving into this. The plots aren't exactly happy, the females aren't treated in the best way, the men are total Alphas and they are in complete control. If, after you have researched what Omegaverse is all about, you decide that you want to plunge yourself into this decadence then this is a great jumping point. Myra Danvers delivers a fantastical world that is rich in detail and completely original. Unlike most Omegaverse books, where the characters are mostly human in appearance, the characters in this one are not. They are more like animals and have feline characteristics and tails. That helps you escape into the fantasy of the world and makes accepting the cruelty easier. One of my favorite things about this complete rewrite is all the character development that wasn't in the first one. I loved Renegade as the complete bad-a** in the original, but I felt like I could guess at what she was going to do before she did it since I understood where she was coming from.

Basically, everything I loved about the first version was there and the added details just reinforced my opinion about this being one of my favorite Omegaverse stories.

Well excuse me Myra Danvers but who the heck do you think you are leaving me stranded at that point of the story?

Dark, Brutal, Delicious! This is a dark, twisted and intense Omegaverse story - not for the faint of heart. There were some moments I found myself having to take a break and others where I just wanted to keep pushing through. Getting through the treatment of the Hathorians by the Anhur took a bit, and then the docking, whew. But then seeing how strong she became was amazing and watching her take control of the Omega, Betas and Alphas. Know before you read that there's dub-con, slavery, knotting, heats, rutting, abuse, mutilation, and more. This was an amazing read to start the series - it ends on a cliffhanger, so you'll have to keep going!

Shit hits the fan after an Omega harem slave offends her malicious Alpha Prince.

Some of the most unabashedly visceral and raunchy Omegaverse I've ever read, wow! My heart ached for Renegade. This was the first book I've read by Myra Danvers and it won't be the last.

CW for typical dark Omegaverse themes

I really liked it, but Renegade Omega was better.

This is an excellent foray into Omegaverse by Myra Danvers. Woo! *fans self* Its steamy and at times dark, and the characters are intriguing, especially the omega Renegade. It may look familiar to some as it is a redeveloped story by MD Pentacles, but it's drastically reworked with more story, new plot and so is well worth the time to read.

My only complaint is I need more, and this is book 1 of a series! But seriously, if you enjoy Omegaverse reverse harem style stories, this is a must read.

I read a sample from Amazon for this book when asked what to read after Addison Cain’s Stolen. I did not buy the book because it didn’t suck me in. I admit the cover is ideal for Addison’s book but this book has too many liquid descriptions and not enough plot.

What did I like? I liked the idea of the Renegade but her many lovers make an ick factor of enormous proportions. I feel like we’ve completely forgot about tedious things such as plot. All we have is a girl in some semblance of heat that willfully left the city to brave the wild lands.

Would I recommend or buy? Not unless your in some way in love with bodily fluids and like to read content that waxes poetic about said fluids.

I received a complimentary copy to read and voluntarily left a review.

Oh, to see without my eyes because what the absolute fuck did I just read??

The cover drew me in and the series name intrigued me, but wow this was definitely not for me.

I really should have stopped after I realized it was an A/B/O book, but I didn't and I have to live with that now. At a certain point I was only reading to get to the end so I could stop. A horrible decision really since I hated everything about it and should have just DNF'ed.

I don't like the way it read. The writing is amateur.

Beautiful beginning

Myra Danvers may be a chaos demon, but her words are anything but chaotic (demonic, maybe!). Gruesome and detailed and visceral and vibrant, her words paint the page in a descriptive mural that implores the mind to open all the senses to this new, strange world.

I cannot wait for more!
