Fast paced and good 90s vibe.

I really enjoyed this read. I wouldn't say it's particularly original or the characters particularly memorable, but the pace and the horror are strong in this one.

I'm usually a slow reader but I finished this one in a couple of sittings. Good writing and lots of action from the very beginning. Nick Roberts definitely knows how to put together a few creepy scenes and give you the chills.

I do prefer more character-driven stories, which is why I'm digging into the Exorcist House universe from the same author next.

Nick Roberts is one of my favs, so reading this book was a no brainer for me. The story gave cosmic thriller vibes, but I wasn’t super invested (Why? I don’t know, honestly). It was a quick read without complaint, but I prefer Roberts’ other work over this one.
