I completly fell in love with the world and with the characters, I adored this book and it was truly heartwarming to see the connection between Andrew and Jaime. I was loving it so much I told the whole book to my mother and my best friend, I could not shut up about it! Read it in 3 days and now I am waiting for the second book, I cannot handle the wait... I need the book...

Either way, loved everything about it, the emotion, the intensity (which it had a lot) and all of the plot and connection! Lovable, intense, heartwarming and suprisingly very funny!

I’m absolutely stunned by how enjoyable this book was.

I didn’t think I could love YA again. But here we are. All That’s Left in the World is probably the most immersive dystopian/apocalyptic books I’ve read. It aces character likability, plausibility with plot, and high stakes/low plot armour. It’s like reading a gay walking dead but without zombies and an even more enthralling enemy via other humans.

I was basically obsessed and binged it during exam season because I literally could not put it down. I put this book off for way too long and regret that sentiment in its entirety. I need the sequel NOW.

I dislike YA because I find the plot never gets there when the stakes are high. I need more YA like this. This is the only acceptable YA vibe for me.

Enjoyable, but it did feel like two different books in one. Or like it was at one point a short story or novella, and had to be adapted into a longer story. I enjoyed the first part the most, the latter half somewhat less.

Read All That's Left In The World by Erik J. Brown
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ or (8.42/10)

Characters - 8
I felt most of the characters of the characters were thoroughly described. And they developed quite nicely :) Though, there were a few that I wanted a bit more of a backstory from.

Atmosphere - 9
Extremely detailed, but not overwhelming.

Writing - 9
Major props to the author :)

Plot - 8
It was extremely solid. It was unique at most, but there were a few parts that were expected.

Intrigue - 8
I read it in one sitting and it wasn't a small book so :P

Logic - 8
Quite logical despite the fiction aspects of it. Though, some parts were lacking.

Enjoyment - 9
It was a really good book. I really enjoyed reading it :D

⭐⭐⭐⭐

An absolute banger.
Funny, tense and anxiety inducing but these two boys have my heart ❤️
