This one was pretty much a recap of what happened in Kiss the Sky and Hothouse Flower from Loren and Lily’s POV which was okay to have. I did give more answers to some of the stuff that just randomly popped up in those books so that was helpful.

“Life moves too quickly,” he says. “I don’t want to speed through a single moment. Not anymore.”.

I love Lo and Lilly, and I am very proud of what they have achieved, I am really excited by the new chapter in their lives

I LOVED THIS!!! idc that it was just kiss the sky and hothouse flower all over again but from lilo's pov; i still ATE IT UP! it helps that i have the memory of a pea so, while i did remember most of the events from the previous two books, it still felt somewhat fresh to me. i think it was important to see some of the big moments from lilo's pov to fill in the gaps of what we saw previously. i've fallen so in love with this series that, at this point, i can't rate any of the books lower than 4.5.

i love lily so so so much; she's my favorite fmc of the series. i have a love-hate relationship with lo. some things he says and does aggravate me to no end, but i understand his motivations behind most of them. he's such a complex character with a heartbreaking story. i just want to give him a big ole hug.

my babies are growing up so fast and seeing their growth is insane. every single one of them is different from who they were in the first book, but also the same. UGH I LOVE THEM, I LOVE THESE BOOKS! I JUST FEEL SO MUCH LOVE!!!

I really liked this book. it was just slow at times but i’d contemplate 4.5 stars

Cute book. I love Lo and Lily ! But it was way longer than necessary. I got a bored a lot as we didn’t learn anything new because we just got Lil and Lo’s pov on Kiss the Sky and Hothouse Flower.

This was my least fav in the series so far. It’s just the events of Kiss the Sky and Hothouse Flower from Lily and Lo’s perspective, with some added moments here and there. Nothing really happened at all, it was mostly just experiencing lilos feelings on things instead of seeing new things unfold. This book would NOT make sense AT ALL if you didn’t read kts and hf. Even though its a full length installment that’s part of the series, it totally felt like a novella. Lily is also totally dumb and the fact that she goes to PRINCETON blows my mind (I know she’s rich and has connections but whatever). Like I know she loves fiction and superheroes and stuff but I genuinely can’t tell if she’s like a brainless ditz or if she has a sense of self awareness. Lo is also starting to slide down a dangerous path and for the majority of this book he is angry.

I hope the series gets a bit better from here, the first three books are absolutely superior five star reads but I like each subsequent book a little less as I continue on.

Still love this series though. I love reading these books they are just light entertainment I don’t have to take seriously.
