Beautiful romance with an ext emely lovable autistic main character and a dreamy love interest, strong Xmas vibes, will reread this Xmas!

First of all, this is exclusive to Kobo. And honestly, it wasn't worth the effort to get it.

The precis says "perfect for fans of THE HATING GAME and YOU'VE GOT MAIL." Well, it's not just perfect for the fans of those books & movies, it's a re-hash of them. I really felt like the author was being completely lazy and just mashing them together with slightly new characters and a Christmas theme. Yes, it was a cute Christmas story, but absolutely nothing that I haven't heard before. Many times.

I could've done without the epilogue, but I loved everything else about this adorable bookish Christmas romance!

The way Chloe Liese handles autism and diabetes was great, and the rival coworkers-to-lovers romance was so freakin sweet. ;____;

I really hope this is connected to other Chloe Liese books, because I'm super curious about the roommates and other people in this town!

This is literally just a 2021 version of You've Got Mail. But with more Christmas

The Hating Game but make it at a bookstore during the holidays :)

Read a Christmas book in March because why not? It really doesn't have much to do with Christmas anyway. Read this insanely quickly. I generally enjoy this author, and I mostly enjoyed this read.

Gente que história sem pe nem cabeça

I adored the portrayal of the characters, the representation and the holiday spirit. Set in a bookstore. Slight enemies to lovers.
