I've come across some of the writing in this book before, for example in The View from the Cheap Seats - but that doesn't mean I mind reading it again. Chris Riddell's illustrations bring Neil Gaiman's words to wonderful new life, and every page is an inspiration. I loved reading this.
This short collection of illustrated essays about art, ideas, books, and creativity is very inspiring. Reading/hearing Neil Gaiman talk about writing always inspires me to write. Art matters, and this little book is full of reasons why.
