I highly recommend reading book one, Distance. Not only because it is an amazing book but you also get glimpses of Grayson and Maddie.
Now, for Detonate. That is the perfect title for Grayson and Maddie's story. Maddie is my favorite type of FMC, one who isn't a push over but is sweet and once she gives her loyalty, she will be there. Grayson has so much tragedy in his past that you feel for him. Now, be prepared for the bumps and twists that come. It's well worth it.
