I found this very interesting. It gives you an idea how different people may behave and perceive situations in a completely different way that you. It does give some useful insights into behaviour & communication.
The information is explained in a concise and entertaining manner. It was easy to read & engaging throughout.

I really like the concept and the layout of this chapters of this book. Understanding each colour personality, the conflicts between them, adapting and approaching each one. My issue with these colour system and author is that it is very generalized and silo'ed into that one personality. The author states numerous times that changing yourself is not being true to yourself where you adjust to each colour when dealing when them but not growing to working together in a mutual understanding. The author is definitely a red.

Underhållande men något repetitiv och känner inte direkt att jag passar perfekt in på någon färg. Lite som zodiak ska man nog ta det med en nypa salt. Jag var nog ganska blå/grön när jag var liten, men utvecklats som vuxen. Vissa karaktärsdrag kan jag känna igen och andra tänker jag nej. Hur jag agerar beror mycket på situationen. Jag tror inte på att personligheten är set in stone, eller att man ska basera rekrytering på en vag personlighetsmodell. En indikation kanske på sin höjd. Författaren sa även ofta: detta är inte baserat på forskning men jag har observerat bla bla. Känner att det är lite oseriöst. Men som sagt, underhållande!
