Dumplin' is a pleasure--original, fun, touching. It could be more developed, because not all of the fascinating characters get the attention they deserve, but I am on board for more of Murphy's novels!

I really enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

I saw a preview for the Netflix show based off this book, and checked it out based solely on how much fun Jennifer Aniston appeared to be having playing the protagonist's mom. It was a fun read, and an interesting one. Not without its problems or issues, but still a fun, fast-paced, engaging read.

A nice book that seemed quite short, but had a good plot and characters. I especially liked the main character's narration.

Teenage me would have loved this book for so many reasons.

This book makes you laugh and it makes you cry. It’s a great feel-good-happy-ending-makes-you-think book. Willow dean is real and a great portrayal of a teenage girl. Well written and an easy read.
